My life has been absolutely insane recently. I was working my ass off at work, and reading my ass off for school. I just moved into my new apartment and therefore my house was in chaos. Pretty much just didn't have time to update new pics.

And, well, you might have noticed I'm still not updating with a new pic. This is one of my favorites from Halloween's Past. Autumn and I share our tails with each other at the OUAS's 2000 Halloween Party - theme was "furries." Ah the good memories... (I miss my Aki!)

I hadn't posted a new pic for this month and as I haven't taken any interesting ones really (being for the lack of doing interesting things) I just posted a photoshopped version of one of my kitties.

He does take a nice mug shot though, doesn't he?

I went to Med Fair today...actually I kinda didn't want to go. The last few years I hadn't gone b/c it'd just gone downhill. The merchants sold crap and charged outrageous prices, the entertainment was dull, and overall it had been a waste of time.

Well someone obviously got the memo b/c this year was a blast. Pictured here is me and my lizard friend (or baby dragon so said the merchant :P). I walked up to see the lizards b/c I love reptiles and he just plopped one right down on my shirt! Apparently the color green I was wearing was a perfect catalyst to get these little guys to change from brown to green. I'm thinking about going back tomorrow and picking one up for myself. hehe Cute little lizards. *g*

I haven't been out on a Saturday night since, gods I don't even know when. Probably around early fall '05. I was finally feeling better after being down with the crud for so long (since March 10th I believe) and I missed my night out at Kongos the night before b/c I felt too crummy to go. So, I gothed up and took Matt out to a local coffee bar. lol Okay, so neither of us felt up to going out dancing, but drinking coffee and hot chocolate and sitting around for a few hours we were all over.

Unfortunately by the end of the night I was, once again, feeling horribly crummy in all new and frightening ways. *sigh*

This was my last day working at the first job I'll miss. *sigh* I'm leaving the ranks of Secretaries to join the ranks of Insurance Adjusters. Will it be worth it? Gods I hope so. Pictured here are Kari and myself ecstatic over the Farewell Party my department (Physical Therapy) threw for me.

So my days with Goddard are closing and my next few years with Farmers Insurance are coming up quick. Holy shit it's like I'm an adult or something!

Wish me luck! Tonight I went to my first formal job interview. And by formal I mean this was my third interview and I had to prepare two short essays for it! Everything went really well, and this is the new snazzy outfit I bought to look good for the interview. I look really frumpy and unhappy in this, but we'll just chalk that up to nerves. This is my pre-interview picture. My post-interview one would have shown a much more relaxed girl.
